Long thin noodles made with eggs and wheat flours. This is dry pasta so do not refrigerate. Sold in one lb packages.


  • All purpose flour, durum semolina flour, eggs

  • Cook in plenty of boiling water (and salt if you like) for about 12 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Stir a few times during cooking after the first 4-5 minutes.

    This pasta pairs well with both tomato and cream based sauces.
