This is our classic tomato sauce, what many in America call "marinara sauce".
Sugo di Pomodoro—"Marinara Sauce"
Tomatoes (ground and pured), water, onions, carrots, celery, parsley, basil, olive oil, dry herbs, salt, black pepper.
Thaw in refrigerator, in microwave, or genty on the stove (add some water to the pot if you are thawing the sauce on the stove).
Toss with your favorite pasta or use it as a base for lasagna.
