NOTE: Because this pasta is made in the same machine that we use to made our egg based pasta, a small egg contamination is possible.
Cook in plenty of water (and salt if you like) for 15-18 minutes or until done to your liking. We like to use spaghetti with our meat sauce, with mussels and clam sauces, and also with cheese and cream based sauces.
