Seafood Lasagna

A Bistro specialty now available at home - layers of our spinach flavored noodles alternated with seafood sauce made with fresh and smoked salmon, shrimp, and scallops cooked with cream, shallots and baby spinach, and parmesan cheese. Sold frozen in 1.5 lbs pans.

Seafood Lasagna

  • For the noodles: wheat flour, eggs, spinach.

    For the seafood sauce: cream, white wine, fresh salmon, smoked salmon, bay scallops, shrimp, baby spinach, flour, salt.

    Also Grana Padano cheese.

  • Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Place covered container in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees

    Carefully remove the cover and bake another 3-4 minutes to brown the top.

    Rest the lasagna for a couple of minutes and serve.
