Our signature pasta dish – house made pasta rolled with oven roasted rosemary ham and provolone cheese, cooked, cooled, then sliced and plated with spicy tomato cream sauce ready to bake at home - 8 slices, enough for 2 people.


  • PASTA: Wheat flour, eggs; for the filling: oven roasted rosemary ham, provolone cheese, milk, butter, flour, kosher salt, white pepper, Grana Padano cheese

    SAUCE: Tomatoes, cream, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, fresh and dry herbs, cayenne pepper.

  • Thaw in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and baked covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 3-4 more minutes to brown the top a bit. Serve.
