Ragu - Meat Sauce

This is what many people call "bolognese" sauce. It's our meat, tomato, and vegetables sauce made according to my family's recipes with a little twist from me.

Ragu - Meat Sauce

  • Beef, pork, chicken, tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery, basil, parsley, olive oil, dry herbs, salt, pepper.

  • Reheat gently (you could add a little water to help avoid scorching) and tossed with your favorite pasta - topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese if you want. This is the base for our traditional lasagna, so if you are into making lasagna, consider using this sauce as part of the process.
