Classic Tuscan soup that combines day old bread with tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and sage - maybe unusual but surely delicious!

Pappa al Pomodoro

  • House made focaccia bread (wheat flour, olive oil, water, white wine, salt, yeast), ground tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, sage, black pepper.

  • Reheat gently, adding a bit of water may help to avoid scorching if you use the stovetop - but do not add too much water as this is supposed to be a thick, hearty soup.
