Focaccia al Pesto
  • We topped our classic focaccia with house made basil pesto and some additional Grana Padano cheese. It's a delicious and tasty bread by itself and a great accompaniment to salads and pastas ... or you can cut in half and make a wicked sandwich with cheese and roasted vegetables for instance!


    NOTE: each loaf weighs slightly more than one lb and the price is $6.50 per lb, so each loaf will be priced differently. You can special order larger loaves, we just need a couple of days advance notice.

    Focaccia al Pesto

    • Wheat flour, water, olive oil, white wine, Grana Padano cheese, Romano cheese, basil, garlic, salt, yeast

    • If the focaccia is frozen, it will thaw out in about one to two hours at room temperature. We suggest "refreshing" it by wrapping the focaccia in aluminum foil and placing it in a warm oven (300 degrees) for a few minutes.
