Eggplant Parmesan

Layers of fried eggplants, provolone cheese, our tomato and vegetables sauce, and Grana Padano cheese - delicious! Sold frozen in 1.5 lbs pans.

Eggplant Parmesan

  • Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Place covered container in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees

    Carefully remove the cover and bake another 3-4 minutes to brown the top.

    Rest the eggplant for a couple of minutes and serve.

  • Eggplants, rice bran oil for frying, tomato sauce (tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, olive oil, basil, parsley, dry spices, salt), provolone cheese, Grana Padano cheese.
