I invented this tart almost 20 years ago and it has since become one of our signature desserts. It combines a sweet tart crust with almond frangipane, pie cherries, and dark and white chocolate. One 4" tart.

This tart is best at room temperature or slightly warm. Accompany it with chocolate or vanilla sauce for a fancier presentation.
