Chocolate Cherry Almond Tart

I invented this tart almost 20 years ago and it has since become one of our signature desserts. It combines a sweet tart crust with almond frangipane, pie cherries, and dark and white chocolate. One 4" tart.

    Contains wheat, eggs, dairy, almonds

  • This tart is best at room temperature or slightly warm. Accompany it with chocolate or vanilla sauce for a fancier presentation.
