Very thin long noodles. In Italy we use them mostly for soups and broths but they can used with pasta sauces as well if you prefer. Sold in one lb bags. This is dry pasta so do not refrigerate.
Capellini - Angel Hair
Durum semolina flour, water
Cook in plenty of water (with salt if you prefer). Stir it gently after a couple of minutes of cooking because it tends to bunch up a bit. It cooks in 4 to 5 minutes.
