Our signature soup: a rich combination of artichokes slowly cooked with other vegetables and finished with lots of Grana Padano cheese.

Artichoke Parmesan Soup

  • Canned artichokes hearts and their juice, water, Grana Padano cheese, carrots, celery, onions, corn starch, cream, salt

  • Preferably thaw slowly in refrigerator then slowly reheat in microwave or gently on stove top - this soup contains a lot of cheese that tends to stick to the pan so stir often while reheating and use low/medium heat
